Position Summary:

This position will assist with the procurement of materials, office supplies, capital goods and inventory. Maintain documentation to ensure scheduling and budget requirements.  Responsible for receipt and validation of quantity, specifications, and delivery requirements. Will work to develop vendor/supplier relationships to obtain product/s and/or service information to include pricing, availability and delivery schedule.  May assist in the research and investigation of supply sources, issue request for quotations, proposals, or bids for those items not covered by any existing purchasing arrangement.
