The technical support department at SearchSoft provides support services to district IT staff. By providing an open channel for communication with the district’s technical staff, the SearchSoft team successfully implements and supports solutions for each school district. Hours of Operation
SearchSoft’s offers support services 24 hours per day. During normal business hours, SearchSoft offers email and toll-free telephone support. For issues that require attention outside of business hours, SearchSoft provides clients with a toll-free emergency pager service.
